F.A.Q.s

When does my family come to the cap and gown ceremony?

Answer:  You need to be at the Art Hauser Centre for 9:00 a.m. to get ready for the ceremony.  Have your family come with you at that time to find a seat as the seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.

When do I get my grad cap and gown?

Answer:  Grad gowns and caps will be handed out to graduates beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22nd .  Please note:  All student fees must be paid in full before the student will receive their cap and gown.

I’m having trouble affording a dress for the grand march.  Can I get help with this?

Answer:  Yes you can.  We have some gowns that can be borrowed for grad day but other options may be available as well.  See Mrs. Henry in Room B222.  She may be able to help you find the right dress for grad day!

Is there going to be a DVD of the whole day to purchase for grad?

Answer:  No.

Is there anyone taking professional photographs during the day?

Answer:  Yes.  We have hired Lifetouch Photography to come and take pictures of the grads in their caps and gowns and the handshake with Mr. Court during the day.  As well, they will be coming back to the Grand March and taking pictures of the grads as they parade with their lovely evening attire.  There is a charge for the CD and the Lifetouch Photography staff will be available to purchase the CD at the tea on the floor level of the southeast corner of the Art Hauser Centre Section 19.  DO NOT mistake this CD for a DVD that was produced in the past.
